1. Use of Services

ICare Psychiatry provides outpatient behavioral health services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and related administrative support.

Use of our services does not create an emergency or crisis-care relationship. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Communication

When you contact ICare Psychiatry, you authorize us to use the contact information you provide for scheduling, reminders, follow-up communication, documentation requests, insurance or billing updates, and care coordination consistent with HIPAA.

We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Consent

By checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form or providing verbal consent by phone or in person, you agree to receive SMS text messages related to new-patient communication, appointment reminders, follow-up coordination, administrative notifications, and requests for forms or required documentation.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email info@icarepsychiatry.net. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you may still receive essential phone calls if required for care. ICare Psychiatry does not send marketing or advertising text messages.
